I am a technical communications specialist with a strong consulting and digital agency background. Hands-on experience as a writer and software engineer across a range of products and industries.
Outputs cover user experience design, data, visual and learning design, documents, and code - recently Azure certified. Management extends across products and projects incorporating client stakeholders and multi-discipline agency teams in distributed and co-located agile and other environments.
As well as a Masters in Computer Science and a BA in Interactive Design I hold several industry qualifications. Amongst these are Sun Certified Java Programmer, ScrumMaster, Azure Foundations, and an Investments and Securities qualification.
